Building Access

Getting through the building — doors, lifts, and the hardware that operates them.

This is the capability that decides whether a deployment covers one corridor or a whole hospital. It is also the one that is furthest along: doors and lifts both run in production.

What belongs to this capability

Door control, which discovers doors from the map overlays and decides from geometry when one opens; lift control and the level-change orchestrator, which runs waiting position, ride request, map switch, relocalisation and continuation as one chain; the u-IoT module, URG's own hardware for potential-free contacts, digital inputs and call buttons.
