uLog and uServe — Documents

Transport robots of the uLog range (Deliver, Lift, Lift Base, Locker) and the uServe. All documents of version 2.0 are written around uGo at the robot and the uSuite, with screenshots of the operator interface.

Status as of 12.09.2026, evening. The models and their technical data are on Device range. The integrations to elevator, doors and laboratory systems have their own page: Integrations.

Language policy

Every customer document in this set is issued in DE, EN, FR, ES, IT, NL; additional languages on customer order (see Product Documents). The tables below say for each document which languages are released today. A language the policy requires that is not yet released is marked to be confirmed.

Data sheets

One sheet per model, version 2.0 in German, released 05.09.2026 — fourteen sheets in total.

English, French, Spanish and Italian data sheets are available in the previous edition (0.2) and are updated to 2.0 model by model.

User manuals

Version 2.0. DE, EN and FR released 05.09.2026; ES, IT, NL, SV, DA and NB released 11.09.2026. With that, the four manuals exist in all six languages of the language policy plus three additional languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian Bokmål).

uLog Locker now has a user manual. It is the first edition, version 1.0, released 12.09.2026 in all six languages of the language policy — the last model of the range without one. SV, DA and NB for the Locker: to be confirmed.

Version 1.0, for uLog Deliver, uLog Lift, uLog Lift Base, uServe — and, since 12.09.2026, for uLog Locker as well.

DE and EN were released on 11.09.2026, FR, ES, IT and NL on 12.09.2026. With the Locker set both documents now exist for all five products in all six languages of the language policy — thirty Quick Guides and thirty service booklets. The Quick Guide is one sheet in every language.

Service descriptions

Version 2.1, released 12.09.2026 — a long version per range and a short version per model, for offers and tenders. Seven documents in six languages, forty-two files. Version 2.1 replaces 2.0 in every language; 2.0 is withdrawn from circulation.

The file names keep the pattern of 2.0 with the version raised to V2-1; the range document is uLog_Serie in DE, ES, IT and NL, uLog_Range in EN and uLog_Gamme in FR.

Rev. 03 is signed and current since 12.09.2026 in DE, EN, ES, IT and NL. The five signed files were distributed on the evening of 12.09.2026 into the certification folders of All Product Information, the Sales Kit (URG_Certification and the uLog and uServe partner certificate folders), the partner exchange folder and Product Management. The Rev. 02 files they replace were moved to OLD in each of those folders, not deleted.

FR is still Rev. 02 — and that is deliberate

French Rev. 03 is not signed yet. Until it is, URG_Declaration_de_Conformite_uServe_uLog_Serie_FR_Rev02_signed.pdf remains the valid and only issuable French declaration and stays in every customer, partner and Product Management folder. Only the unsigned FR Rev. 02 working files went to OLD. An unsigned declaration of conformity is not a declaration of conformity — do not hand out the FR Rev. 03 draft.

Consequence for the partner QR package: the package archive and its read-me still contain Rev. 02. The package has to be re-cut once FR Rev. 03 is signed.

Whose declaration this is

The declaration of conformity is issued solely in the name of United Robotics Group GmbH as the manufacturer, and it covers the uServe and uLog Series products named in it. It does not cover a building's lift installation, its doors, a pneumatic tube system or any other third-party equipment a robot is integrated with — each of those carries its own conformity assessment by its own manufacturer. Where a mechanical coupling of URG equipment and a third-party installation creates a new assembly, who declares the conformity of that assembly is a separate question and is open; see Pneumatic tube — requirements 0.1 § 12, item 8.

The non-German, non-English editions were drawn up from the signed DE and EN originals. Every figure of the original is unchanged: model list, directives, harmonised standards with their years and amendment states, the test report data and numbers, both test laboratories, both legal entities and the date.

Battery compliance documents (transport and safety documentation of the battery packs) are available per model on request.

IT notes / technical summary

IT notes / technical summary uLog / uServe, version 1.0, released 10.09.2026, in DE, EN, FR, ES, IT, NL — all six languages of the language policy since 12.09.2026. The product for the customer's IT department on a few pages: what the robot needs from the network, what it sends where, what it does not do.

Network requirements

Network requirements uLog / uServe, version 1.0, in DE, EN, FR, ES, IT, NL — all six languages of the language policy since 12.09.2026. One document for the customer's IT, part of the Sales Kit next to the service descriptions. What it says in one line: outbound HTTPS (port 443) from the robot's gateway, no inbound port, no public address. The technical detail is on this portal under Networks and Addressing; the port rule for a site computer is on Site computer and building.

Technician guide and commissioning kit (service document)

Technician guide and commissioning kit uLog / uServe, version 2.0.0, released 10.09.2026, in DE, EN. A service document for URG technicians and trained partners — not a customer document, not in the Sales Kit. The software state it describes is the one frozen on 10.09.2026: uGo 1.0.8, kiosk 1.0.3, network guard 1.1.9 (see Device range). FR, ES, IT, NL for the technician guide: to be confirmed.

Building documents (technician and partner document)

Two documents for the building side of a site, both version 1.1 of 12.09.2026, in DE, EN, FR, ES, IT and NL. They are technician and partner documents — filed in the partner Sales Kit under Service, not in the customer Sales Kit.

What version 1.1 brings over 1.0 of 06.09.2026: the software state uGo 1.0.8, kiosk 1.0.3, network guard 1.1.9 (frozen 10.09.2026); the service access window of 15, 60 or 240 minutes assigned to network guard 1.1.9; the port rule of 11.09.2026 as a new chapter (lift simulator of United Robotics Group from 8085 to 8185, manufacturer service unchanged); a new chapter State of the findings with the twenty building findings in short form, marked "state 06.09.2026, re-check against 1.0.8 pending"; and contact and publisher. No finding is marked as fixed. Both documents were released by management on 12 September 2026; QM review is pending.

The interface description is the leading document for the site side; the portal pages Building API and Site computer and building follow it. The port table now stands only on Site computer and building; the other pages point there.
