Product Documents¶
One page per product, one table per page: which data sheet, user manual and service description is current, in which version, in which languages, and where a customer or partner obtains it. Everything listed here is released and may be used. Where a product has further documents in preparation, they are added to its page on the day they are released.
Status as of 12.09.2026, checked against the three URG document repositories.
What the document types are¶

Language policy¶
Every customer document is issued in six languages: DE, EN, FR, ES, IT, NL. Additional languages — such as SV, DA or NB — are produced on customer order and listed on the product page once released. Where a document does not yet exist in all six languages, the product page says so; the missing languages are marked to be confirmed until they are released.
Service documents (technician guide, commissioning kit) are issued in DE and EN only.

Where documents come from¶
Every document listed on these pages is issued from a single source by URG Product Management and released with a date. The released file is identical in all three URG repositories; the customer-facing copy lives in the Sales Kit.

File names follow one pattern: URG_<Product>_<DocumentType>_<Language>_V<Version>.pdf.
A document with a higher version number replaces every lower one; older versions are
withdrawn from circulation on the day of release.

The three repositories are areas of the URG SharePoint. Named in words, so that a colleague can find them without a link:

Drafts and working files are never in the Sales Kit. A document that is in the Sales Kit is released; a document that is only in All Product Information may still be in review — its product page on this portal says which.
What is true of every document listed here¶
- Issued by United Robotics Group GmbH, An der Riede 2, 28816 Stuhr.
- Describes the product as delivered. Capabilities that are still under development are marked as such in the document itself.
- Data hosted by URG for a product: in Europe, data centre Frankfurt.
- A question about a document, or a document that appears to be out of date: product@unitedrobotics.group.
