Transport and Delivery

Moving something from one place to another inside a building — a tray, a closed compartment, a rack, or nothing at all when the robot is simply asked to drive somewhere.

This is the capability most customers meet first, and the one that touches every other: a transport that cannot open a door or call a lift is a transport that stops at the first threshold.

What belongs to this capability

The chassis of the uLog and uServe ranges and its REST interface; the uGo operator interface on the tablet at the robot, including the kiosk shell that locks the device down; the task model that decides which jobs a given device can actually offer.

Where this capability ends: the moment the robot needs to pass through the building. That is Building Access.
