uGo — Documents

uGo is the operator software at the robot: the interface on the tablet with which a transport robot is commissioned, given destinations and driven, and the server behind it that talks to the chassis and to the URG cloud.

Data sheet 1.1 carries three corrections over 1.0: the sentence "no remote maintenance" is gone and is replaced by remote support on request only, opened at the device by the technician for at most four hours, after which the network guard closes by itself; the Building tab is listed under the technician area; and the network statement now separates internet from building network — full operation at the device without internet and without a login to a foreign service, reachable from the building network only with a login or a service key. 1.1 replaces 1.0 in every language.

The user manual 1.0 describes uGo at the software state frozen on 10.09.2026: uGo 1.0.8, kiosk 1.0.3, network guard 1.1.9.

Every customer document is issued in DE, EN, FR, ES, IT, NL; additional languages on customer order (see Product Documents). All three documents exist in all six languages. Nothing outstanding.
